My friend, Heather, requested a quilt for a friend that was moving after recently suffering a loss. Their group of friends used the gray band in the middle to write encouraging notes. I took advantage of making an 'adult' quilt to use some sun print fabrics I've been eyeing at the local quilt store for awhile now! This went together very, very quick - which was also a big bonus!
