Allison has a new pet. His name is Jello (seriously!). She named him herself.
Jello was given to her by Pastor Curt at church. Allison got him by signing up for the 'Family Stay-cation' (like VBS only in the evenings to involve the whole family). I've never seen her so obsessed with a sign-up table at church. We actually didn't sign-up the first Sunday we could and she was very disappointed.
She loves Jello and takes great care of him. He lives in the water bottle 'cage' he came in at night. And she is careful to make sure he gets some grass to eat. He is also good at entertaining Heidi.
And Mark and I are thrilled that Allison considers Jello a real pet! Now, hopefully we actually make it to a few nights of the Family Stay-Cation...although I suppose even if we don't it was still $30 well spent!
